The Platinum warranty coverage begins the day your product is delivered and last for four years from the date of delivery.
The Platinum warranty does not cover any damage caused by accidents, misuse or excessive wear and tear under conditions exceeding the timepieces manufacturer's water resistance limitations. The warranty is valid only at JBW. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than JBW will void this warranty.

You can cancel your warranty plan for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, only if you have not redeemed the warranty for any servicing.

The movement inside your watch is cleaned or replaced depending on its condition and the battery is replaced as needed. Timekeeping accuracy and water-resistance is also tested to ensure quality standards of the watch are being met. At this time, we can also update the leather strap or links as requested by the customer.
